Throwback Documentary - Rhyme & Reason
Filmed in 1997, Rhyme and Reason is one of the illest hip hop documentaries ever made without question. Filmmaker Peter Spirer recruited 80 emcees from the industry, conducting interviews with rap veterans such as KRS-One to current rap heavyweights (at the time) such as Wu-Tang Clan. Trust me, all your favourite emcees are in it, that is if you still listen to that straight 90's rap. If all you listen to is Young Money or Maybach Music then this might not be for you, then again it would probably be most beneficial to you considering the history lesson that will teach you what the true essence and meaning of hip hop. Watch it. KIF
